All services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer and Vipps.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds are not provided for completed services, as these are based on the time and energy invested, not on guaranteed outcomes.

We collect the following personal information when you contact us or book a session:

• Email Address
   

This information is collected solely for the purpose of communicating with you, managing bookings, and delivering the services you request. 

We use your personal information exclusively to:

• Communicate with you regarding sessions and inquiries
• Schedule and conduct sessions via Zoom
• Send you relevant updates or resources related to our services
   

We do not use your data for unrelated purposes, nor do we sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

• Your consent when you provide your information to request or book a service
• Our legitimate interest in offering, managing, and improving our services
   

Your information is stored securely and is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Our sessions are conducted via Zoom. Please refer to Zoom’s Privacy Policy for more information about how they handle your data.

If we use other tools (such as email platforms), they are chosen with care and comply with privacy regulations.
